Hi Marmee, Well, it doesn't take long does it! Those seeds just want to become plants... the marvel of the seed given just a bit of nourishment and the right conditions.
My little garden is sprouting up everywhere too... so much to see and do this time of year. Hope you are enjoying your warming trend. Love you, Meems @ Hoe and Shovel
marnie, you should try the seeds indoors, it is so much fun when winter is still outside. i am using the pellets and biodegradeable containers that we added organic seed mix. i wanted to see the difference.
yes cheryl, itching, wanting, hoping, to get out there soon and put our hands in the dirt is so right. we are starting to rake and till the garden areas today so the weekend is already great and we are just getting started. hope you have a lovely weekend.
tina, i am loving that they are poppin up so fast. it is great to see the new life indoors. i bought a pothos plant yesterday to enjoy indoors along side the sprouts. happy warm weekend.
meems, it is all so exciting to watch a little seed you give some dirt and water, grow. just as you said "the marvel of the seed given just a bit of nourishment and the right conditions." this warmer weather makes everything seem possible...hope. i scrubbed down the back porch and all the patio furniture yesterday in hopes we will be using it in the next few days.
That sprout is so cute! I wonder if garden things and plants and such can be termed "cute," but really - that little guy is so cute!! Glad you're seeing growth so soon after your effort - that's got to be rewarding.
oh rissa, i am glad to see your pretty face back on here. hope your siesta was nice. i think "cute" describes it to a tee. i've got many more sprouts now and they are all adorable.

Good luck with your seeds. I may try a few indoors too. Most people seem to be using the pellets.

Seeing the first signs of the seeds poking through is so exciting!

Ahhh! What better image do I need to signal the return of warm weather? We're waiting on a few seeds to arrive before we start our flats.
Isn't new life amazing, Marmee! I'm getting quite anxious for spring, love watching new growth poke through the earth.
It's so exciting watching the little seeds make their way!
