bliss...

out of an abundantly overflowing heart i am in bliss....today.

i love the day after thanksgiving just as much as the day of.
.
i stay in my jamies quite late on this day....why can't everyday be like this one.
.
we all get to eat leftovers and so no huge preparations are being made.

today happens to be the "birth" day of two of my children...13 years apart.
rachel leah was born in 1978.....jesse kenan marshal was born 13 years later in 1991.
rachel will want chocolate cake.

jesse will want strawberry pie.

these two are both delightful children with wonderful qualities to share with the family.
i love them both very much and celebrate this day that they graced my life.

we are going to midnight bowling to celebrate...happy days of births.

The cake and the strawberry pie look delicious, even though I'm still stuffed! How fun to have two birthdays to celebrate today! My husband and I share the same birthday!

Oh, the leftovers abound today... just as yummy and not as much work. Happy birthday to your two beautiful children, Rachel and Jess... each full of life and love for others ... each of them bringing delight to the folks they know and the ones they meet. I love them both!
(That cake looks amazing!)
Have fun bowling.
