It's a very tempting time of the year with all the plants for sale. You got some great ones too. Looking forward to seeing your newly planted containers. My blue fescue reseeded everywhere, I have been scooping it up and adding it to containers as well.
I am so looking forward to our nurseries and garden centers being filled with plants, too! The last time I stopped in there were a few trays of pansies, and that was it. Funny, but every time I go shopping for paint in the spring or summer, I come home with plants, too:)
am brambly,
it was my pleasure to come to your blog and visit your delightful home.
we are all in love with our animals around here too. they bring us much joy.
also thanks for following me...i have to warn you i am a slow blogger because there is much life to be living around here.
glad to have found you.
happy springtime.
darla,
how tall did your blue fescue get?
it is so much fun adding in some greenery after such a long dreary winter.
happy springtime
rose,
our nurseries are just starting to look inviting but i know they will be adding a lot more in the weeks to come.
the one nursery we go to the most often is also a hardware store so we always seem to get something from both places.
happy springtime.
am brambly, darla, and rose,
those comments were obviously from me, marmee but abbey had signed into my computer and i didn't realize it....thanks again.

Can't wait to start planting! Still too chilly here for much. Do need to get some early vegetables in the ground though.
Happy Spring!

lisa,
our weather is in flux...sometimes cold...sometimes warm. we have had to cover the raised beds 3 or 4 times...but all has survived so far. i harvested a small bit of lettuce for my son the other day. what a great feeling to be in the soil, again.
happy spring.
Happy April,
Your containers will look gorgeous with all your new plants. I have bought a few French Herbs to get my containers started. It was 85 degrees today and windy! Tomorrow's high is to be 50! Crazy april weather.
Wonderful catching up with you tonight.
Hugs,
Sherry
sherry,
this april weather is crazy...we had tornados in our area last night and it is always a bit scary. we seem to be in an area that is ripe for that type of weather in april. i am tucking herbs into all my containers too. it just makes sense because they are beautiful, fragrant, and useful. i have a lot of chocolate mint and it smells wonderful.
so happy you came by to catch up.
happy spring days.
Hi Marmee, long time since I've been here. Lots to do this time of yr. I do have lots up & growing. Seems like I will have to replant cukes & okra. Still waiting for carrots & leeks to show up.
You did get a lot of real nice plants Some of them I have but need to get more. Or plant the seeds.
