winter day~dreaming...

what do you do on the frigid days of winter?

we try to think of warmer daffodils blooming in the spring.

like dressing up in a summer dress and going out into the garden...

for a garden tea party of course.

when all else fails we sit by the fire and do our school~work...

and warm up by the fire's heat.

happy winter days in january.
stay warm my friends.
here's to dreaming of april.

Very's great weather today and I am inside cooking, mopping and being grateful for dirty dishes...!

Your daughter is great ---helping you with your posts, Marmee... She's just so pretty and photogenic.

Summer vs. Winter????? In Winter, I yearn for summer and in Summer, I yearn for winter... Guess we always yearn from something different.

Enjoy the fireplace.... Stay warm.

Oh such a beautiful girl. I like the idea of growing buttercups in the house.
Wish I had a fireplace. They can be so cozy.
