Oh, how I love the birdies. They are so energetic and bright and a great reminder of how life starts all over again each dawn. To watch them teaches so many life lessons; to capture them makes our days even brighter. Great job, Marmee. You have so much variety around your beautiful farm. A very happy New Year to you and the fam! Hugs** for happy January days in spite of the dreary winter. Meems

Our birds are very active this morning. Most of them are too far away to capture good pics.

Thanks for sharing your pics. How pretty they are.

Dear Marmee.....the birds are busy in your gardens. I recognise the female cardinals....they are such soft looking little birds.....
Do I sense a little nostalgia in your last line....goodbye 2009...I do hope 2010 holds all your dreams.....

Lovely captures of your beautiful birds.

I enjoyed seeing your Christmas Day scrapbook and also the pretty 'fairies' on the earlier post, what fun Abbey must have had!

I have very much enjoyed spending time with you and your lovely family in 2009 dear Marmee and wish you all the very best of happiness and good health for 2010.
