Oh, how I love the birdies. They are so energetic and bright and a great reminder of how life starts all over again each dawn. To watch them teaches so many life lessons; to capture them makes our days even brighter. Great job, Marmee. You have so much variety around your beautiful farm. A very happy New Year to you and the fam! Hugs** for happy January days in spite of the dreary winter. Meems

I am a happily married woman of 27 years. I lived in Florida for 40 years and moved to Tn in 2000. We lived in the city of Brentwood for 6 years and move to Leiper's Fork in May of 2007. We have been in the country for about six years now on a 7.24 acre farm. We call it Dash Home Farm. Da-for Dave and Sh-for Sharon. We live in a victorian farmhouse made to look old(it acts old). We love the community of Leiper's Fork and the quaintness of the town (no lights).

Our birds are very active this morning. Most of them are too far away to capture good pics.
Thanks for sharing your pics. How pretty they are.
