I think Maples are one of my favorite trees for beautiful fall color! The ones around here have been turning as well. I also like the redness of the Bradford Pear when it turns.

That is gorgeous. Not all maples have so many bright colors. Most of mine turn a gold with no red or orange. I like yours better.

Yes, A beautiful tree. I also love the different colors on the same tree. Think how it will look when it gets really big.

i know lola, many of our trees are this small but we have a line of mature trees that i am sure have been on this land for quite some time. the varied colours on this one tree is a real treat.

Dear Marmee,
This tree is lovely in her autumn dress.
I have watched many of my trees mature and have enjoyed them in every age. My front Sugar Maple turns many shades of red. My husband and I make bets on when it will be at peak. Our leaf peeking outing is often in our own front yard.
Autumn is lovely.
