Hi Marmee, I agree with Tina and Gail, this could be an ad on TV for visiting Tennessee. Well done and what a sweet and beautiful family you have. Loving life is the best gift. :-)

Your pictures are wonderful. Love the band in the back of that old truck. Your site always reminds me of the years I lived in Tennessee. Are Frankewing, McBurg, Bunker Hill (Giles County) far from where you live?

I loved visiting the little festivals and flea markets with blue grass music.

Gotta love that little town of Leiper's Fork... so quaint and surreal it is with all its cuteness. Great photos today... can tell you are warming up. Spring is full of plans and hard work for certain. Looks like things are coming along. That fence is going to be marvelous all spruced up in its new coat.

marnie,
i am not sure which way giles is, i will have to google it and let you know. i am not familiar with any of the places you mentioned, either.
i love the outdoor festivals and markets around here too. being that it is spring all those things are starting up again, yipee.
the little trio in the back of the ole pick-up was charming.

meems,
for sure i am warming up and the weather is too. our town is wonderful and we are just two minutes from all the action but you would never know it.
that was a new section of fence for the expansion and now just to convince dh the whole thing needs sprucing up...if not it might be just me all by my lonesome doing it.

thank you dear joey, it is very full.
