i am happy you were able to see what we saw that day at cheekwood...well at least a portion of it. we took over 700 photos between the both of us.

You got some great pics, marmee. Do you know I didn't take one photo of pansies... so typical isn't it? I'm copying you with the slideshow-- I got so many shots of the butterflies... still working on a post. Wow, has it been crazy busy since my feet hit the ground. :-)

well meems i made up for your lack of pansies, i didn't post them all and i still have so many more photos. i'm not sure if i will post more unless something really hits me. i have been super busy too. i got one of the boys closets cleaned out boy what a mess these boys can be.
i loved your captures and the slideshow of just butterflies, fantastic.
missing you tons.

thanks sherry, i love being able to share with you and others the beauty of our gardens here in nashville. i will be going back just as soon as i can. it is a very natural place and i love that. yes, do go over and see meems@hoeandshovel. her photos are always outstanding and her wording is eloquent. enjoy!
the weather has been so perfectly beautiful here i have spent most of it out of doors today.
