Happy Birthday, Aiden. Looks like a fun celebration.
Your family is precious!
I have enjoyed reading your journal and looking at all your pictures. We both love the birds and the bugs and the blooms.
It is a joy to get to know you.
Namaste,

q,
thank you for stopping by and getting to know me and my family.
i love all those creatures even the family ones. lol!
What a cutie he is! Aiden, I mean! He looks so much like David II, those big brown eyes! Wish we could have joined you, looks like a great time was had by all. I know you loved having everyone together again.
gigi,
i'm glad you had a chance to see your g.grandson even if it is via internet. aiden looks so much like a combination of the two of them but the chucky, sturdiness of david. he has such a mellow personality "thaaaaank God!" he just took everything in stride.
i am so blessed we got to spend a special day together.
thank you for the baseball outfit!
A wonderful party. Those years when they are so small and everything is new and exciting to them. Those are great times.
I enjoyed reading the previous post about your garden shed. Very nice. I especially like that bench.
Marnie

Wow, he has gotten sooo very big and extra cute too. What a cute cake and idea to do the footprints. I also love your story (down below-the one about Ell) I love you all and this is really hard always looking at the pictures and never being there. I am missing you BAD!

Marmee-Thanks for stopping by my blog and leaving your kind comments.
It looks like everyone had a great time at Aiden's party. What a sweet family you have.
I check a couple of your other posts as well. I love your potting shed and bench. What a wonderful area to work.

Lovely to see family coming together....memories being made.....a sweet post.....
Homemade cake is definately best....
cheryl,
i agree homemade is best, darling hubby usually makes the cake and i decorate it. we have a tradition of putting coins in the cake. kids that don't like cake even want a piece to see if they have a treasure. fun times!
